Updating the QR Code Label Message

You can update the instructional message that displays on printed QR code labels to reflect your organization’s preferred text. Follow the steps below to change the message and generate new QR codes with the new text.

Note Administrator permissions or higher are required to update the QR code label message.

To update the label message:

1. Select the Admin Settings icon > Manage Roles.
2. In the General User Roles section:
  - Choose the user role that can print QR codes.
  - Select Confirm.
  - Select Print QR Codes.
3. Select your preferred print option and enter the Instructional Message text to display with the QR Code.
4. Select Generate to generate the QR code with the updated instructional message:
