Accelerate Default Report: Locations, Users, Policies & Roles

The Accelerate Default Report provides administrators with a centralized view of an organization’s location hierarchy, security policies, roles, and user assignments. Administrators can filter and export this information for administrative reporting and auditing.

The Accelerate Default Report is available under VEHS Accelerate Reports: 

The report includes two tabs:

• • Locations
  • Users, Policies & Roles

Accelerate Locations

The Locations tab provides a centralized view of all locations configured for the organization. The report displays the location hierarchy across the top, up to ten levels (L1, L2, etc.).

• • Use the Location Name, Path, and Product fields to narrow your results.
  • Select Clear to remove applied filters.

Use the Locations report to:

• • Locate a specific location within the organization’s hierarchy
  • Identify locations configured for a selected Accelerate product
  • Export all or part of the organization’s location structure
  • Support administrative reporting and audits of organizational structures

Users, Policies & Roles

The Users, Policies & Roles tab provides a consolidated view of users, security policies, roles, and user assignments across Accelerate.

• • The Policies & Roles section displays configured security policies and their associated roles.
  • The User Assignments section displays users alongside their assigned roles, policies, and locations. User assignments can be exported for administrative reporting and auditing.
  • Use the filters at the top of each section to narrow your results.
  • Select Clear Filters to remove applied filters.
