Where should the Emergency Response phone number be listed?
To comply with shipping and OSHA requirements, the 24/7 Emergency Response phone number should be listed on shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL’s) Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD’s) Waste Profiles International Maritime Organization (IMO) Dangerous Goods Declarations etc. and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
Can I list the emergency phone number on product labels?
No, unless you have a separate paid subscription for Label Support. This is product stewardship. No regulation applies.
If you’re interested in receiving a quote for Label Support, you will need to contact our sales department.
Where do I submit new or updated SDS for Emergency Response Service?
[email protected] (Ensure you include your ERS contract number or MISID number which begins with “MIS”) If you have Chemical Management service DO NOT email your SDS to the email address above. We have access internally to your Ebinder.

What is the emergency response phone numbers?
We do not display our emergency phone numbers on public websites. Please contact our administrative department for account verification at 1-888-255-3924. Once your account is verified, we will provide the emergency phone numbers.
How do I view our company’s current product listing for ERS only accounts?
Visit ERS Client Portal Please note that only the administrative contact for the account can be provided login credentials to access the portal. ***Chemical Management customers please view your Ebinder.
How do I update account contact information for ERS?
Please complete the online Subscriber Information Form by visiting https://www.ehs.com/services/emergency-response-services/sif/.
What do I need to provide when I call?
For exposures: Please provide product name, product number and manufacturer.
For transportation emergencies: Please provide contact number, product name, UN number, Shipper’s name.
