Administrators can use QR Code Management settings to control optional features available on QR code submission forms.
These settings include:
Both settings are turned off by default.
Use Enable Attachments to allow users to upload files when submitting a QR code report.
When this setting is turned on, the attachments section appears on QR code submission forms. Users can add supporting files to their Incident, Near Miss, or Hazard Identification report.
When this setting is turned off, the attachments section does not appear on QR code submission forms.
Use Enable Selection from Persons and Users List to allow users to search for and select names from your organization’s Persons and Users list when completing QR code forms.
When this setting is turned on, users can select a person from the list or manually enter a name.
When this setting is turned off, users manually enter names in person fields.
