  Reviews incident descriptions and scores the level of detail, including providing suggestions to improve the description. A score of 3 or higher is required to make other Vēlo features available in the Incident Management workflow.
• PSIF Indicator
  Identifies and flags Potential Serious Injury and Fatality (PSIF) risks within incident records, guiding investigators to prioritize high-impact cases.
• AI Hazard Analyzer
  Suggests hazards based on the description and event details, comparing them against your Incident Hazard List.
• AI Root Cause Identifier
  Highlights likely root causes using description, hazards, and event details, helping you align on more accurate investigation outcomes.
• AI Corrective Action Advisor
  Recommends corrective actions mapped to selected root causes, with requirements for an assignee and due date to save the actions and ensure accountability.

Common Behaviors in Incident Management

• Selecting the Ask Vēlo button is required to generate recommendations.
• Icon markers identify Vēlo suggestions until they are saved.
• Selections merge on save. Once saved, Vēlo and manual entries appear together.
• Audit Trail records which hazards, root causes, and corrective actions were saved, including Vēlo suggestions on what could be added to their hazard and root cause lists.
