My Profile

The information in this article applies to GM Pro, SDS Management, and Chemical Management accounts

My Profile gives Administrators, Managers, and General Users that access the system using a username and password the ability to edit the following information for themselves:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Title
• Phone number
• Email address
• Fax number
• Username
• Password

Note that passwords must meet the following 5 requirements:

• At least 1 uppercase character
• At least one lowercase character
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 special character (e.g.!#$%)
• Between 8-32 characters

Email addresses and usernames can only be used once across all VelocityEHS customers. If the username or email address you entered is already in use you will receive an error message.

To access My Profile, select the Settings menu in the upper right-hand corner and click on My Profile.

On the My Information screen, make the necessary edits and then click Save Changes.
