What happens if a course is rejected?
If a course is rejected, it means the course requirements have not been satisfied. The platform will automatically reassign the course to the contractor until the course is manually or automatically approved based on the course’s settings.
Can I send an email reminder to notify users before a course qualification expires?
Administrators can request an email reminder to notify users before a course qualification expires. The notification can be configured by the VelocityEHS Support team to be sent 1 to 30 days before the qualification expiration date. It cannot be modified within the system.
To request a qualification expiration reminder, contact Support and provide the following information:
- The name of the course.
- The number of days before the qualification expires that users should receive the email notification (between 1 and 30 days).
After the request is submitted, the Support team will configure the notification.
Users will receive an email notifying them that their course qualification is approaching its expiration date. The email includes instructions for accessing Course Manager and completing the required course before the qualification expires.
