New York City Tier II Reporting and FIF

New York City, New York has additional requirements for Tier II Reporting for New York City based facilities.

These facilities may be required to complete a Facility Inventory Form (FIF) in addition to or instead of a Tier II report. The Tier II form and the SARA 311/312 report generated by SDS Management & Chemical Management accounts do not directly include the NYC FIF; however, information on the Tier II and the SARA 311/312 forms can be used to help complete the FIF.
