Filtering the Queue
If you have a large number of safety data sheets in your Queue, you may find it beneficial to use the Filters button in each section of the Queue.
Depending on which section of the Queue you’re in, you will see different filter options. The possible filter options are: Added By, Status, and Approval.
Added By Filter Drop-Down
The Added By filter drop-down displays the list of possible roles that could have added a safety data sheet to the Queue. The possible roles are:
- Account Administrator
- Administrator*
- Manager*
- General User**
- Chemical Management – typically, this will only apply to Auto Updates

Status Filter Drop-Down
The Status filter drop-down displays possible statuses for each safety data sheet in your Queue. The possible statuses are:
- In Progress: applies to Uploads and Requests that VelocityEHS is currently processing
- Ready for eBinder: applies to safety data sheets that you are free to add to your eBinder or delete from the Queue
- Incomplete: applies to Uploads and Requests that could not be completed or did not pass the QA process.
- Requires Approval: applies to safety data sheets that require approval before being added to the eBinder*

Approval Filter Drop-Down
The Approval filter drop-down helps quickly identify safety data sheets that are already approved for the eBinder versus those that still require approval. The two Approval statuses in the filter are:
- Approved: safety data sheets that were added to the Queue by a role that does not require approval
- Pending: safety data sheets that were added to the Queue by a role that requires approval*
