What does the Incomplete status in my Queue mean?

During the review process, VelocityEHS may mark Uploads Incomplete for the following reasons:
You can find the exact reason an Upload was marked Incomplete by clicking on the items’ row in the Queue and reviewing the information in the summary panel.
If an Upload is marked incomplete, uploading the same document again will likely produce the same result. Instead, we encourage you to review the document and upload a corrected version.

You can find the exact reason a Request was marked incomplete by clicking on the items’ row in the Queue and reviewing the information in the summary panel.
VelocityEHS does its best to obtain the requested safety data sheet using the information you provide. Once a Request is marked as Incomplete, you should take and delete the incomplete request and once you obtain the needed SDS from the Manufacturer or their Supplier, upload that SDS via Uploads.
Including the product code in your initial request greatly increases the likelihood of VelocityEHS obtaining the safety data sheet.
