How do I automatically route SDS requests from General Viewers directly to VelocityEHS?

Follow these steps to change the default routing behavior to send requests directly to the VelocityEHS Chemical Management team. 

1. 1. Log in to your eBinder account. 
   2. Select the Settings (gear) icon at the top right of the home page. 
   3. Select Manage Roles.
   4. In the General User Roles section, click Edit.
   5. Scroll to Document Request > Request Routing.
   6. For How should requests from users with this role be treated by the system?, select Send request directly to Chemical Management. 
   7. Select Save Changes.
