Setting Up the iOS Chemical Management App Using MDM (No QR Code Needed)

If your team uses mobile device management (MDM) software like JAMF, you can set up the Chemical Management app on iOS devices without needing employees to scan a QR code or enter a company link every time. This setup uses a managed app configuration, so the app opens directly to your company’s general user site.
This article will walk you through how to set it up.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
In your MDM software, create a new catalog item (or profile) for the Chemical Management mobile app.
Open the managed configuration settings for the new catalog item.
Add a new setting with the following details:

companyLink | String | Paste your company’s General User Link (URL) |
Note: Make sure to copy and paste the full URL exactly as given to you.
Save the configuration settings and assign the profile to the iOS devices that need it.
Once this setup is complete:
To allow login again, you will need to remove the managed configuration from the device.
