How do I provide employee access to my account via a mobile device?

If your organization’s employees want to access their Chemical Management account using a mobile device they can access it two ways:
1. Accessing the mobile-responsive site using their device’s web browser and the Company Link or logging in at https://login.ehs.com/
Accessing your account using the web browser on a mobile device gives users access to all the same functions they have if they access the account via the web browser on a desktop. This includes access to the indexing modules, label printing, requests, and more.
VelocityEHS recommends users bookmark ehs.com or the Company Link on their device. Bookmarking websites on mobile devices varies from device to device so check your device’s documentation if you need assistance.
2. Installing the SDS/Chemical Management mobile app
Users with a username and password can log into your organization’s Chemical Management account through the mobile app. Your employees that do not have a username and password can use the Company Link or QR code to log into the app. See Sharing your company link with staff for more information on the Company Link and QR codes.
The mobile app gives users quick access to the safety data sheets in your organization’s eBinder, some high-level information about these products, and the ability to search SDS Search. Licensed users (Account Administrators, Administrators, and Managers) can also use the mobile app to manage containers.
