Why is all or some of my report blank?

In many cases, unexpected blank reports or portions of reports are due to a lack of indexing. Review the requirements of the specific report to determine if indexing is needed. Near the bottom of the Reports Overview article, find the specific Report Type and open that link. For general information about indexing see Indexing Safety Data Sheet Information.
