Note that not all Chemical Management users receive usernames and passwords. Many users only ever access their account using their direct company link. If you believe you should be able to log into your account with a username and password follow the instructions below or contact your account administrator.
To log in with a username and password:
- Access your account’s eBinder using your company link
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right and select the Log In button

Enter your username and password as provided to you by your account’s administrator and click Log In.
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link.

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.

If you do not receive an email with instructions on creating a new password within 30 minutes please contact your account’s administrator.
Logging in with Accelerate
Use these instructions to access the Accelerate Platform if your company does not access it via an internal single sign-on (SSO) portal.
Each company receives a unique URL they can use to access the Accelerate Platform.
Your company’s unique URL includes your company domain name. Your company’s domain is typically part of your email address after the @ sign and before the .com/.org/.gov/etc. For example, [email protected] would use test.accelerate.ehs.com. If you are not sure of your company domain, please contact your administrator.
To access the Accelerate Platform:
- Go to yourcompanydomain.accelerate.ehs.com.
- Enter your username (typically your email address) and password.
- If this is your first time logging in to the Accelerate Platform, use the Forgot Password link to receive an email that will allow you to create your password. The link in the email will be valid for 60 minutes.
- If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot Password link.
- Click Login.

Accessing Your VelocityEHS Applications
Once you’ve logged into the platform, use the navigation menu on the left; select a solution in the menu to expand it, and then select a capability name to begin using it.
Note: You will see options only for the solutions for which you’ve been granted access. Contact your Accelerate administrator if you believe you should have access to a solution that does not appear on your platform home page.
