System Administrator Dashboard

When you select Course Manager from the navigation bar at the top of the page, you will be directed to your dashboard. Here’s what you can expect to see as a System Administrator:

• Assigned courses: At the top of the dashboard, you will find courses that have been assigned to you. You can access them directly from this section.
• Administration: We advise against making changes to this area. Instead, if you want to add a new course or edit an existing one on the platform, please contact Customer Support.
• Submissions: This area contains information about courses completed by contractors and “submitted” for approval. A completed course can be approved automatically or approved manually by a System Administrator.
  • Review Course Submissions: If courses require manual approval, use this section to view, approve, or reject courses submitted by contractors.
  • Previous Course Submissions: Use this section to view all courses (approved or rejected), along with their respective status. This section is a record of past course submissions and their outcomes.
