View Approved Permits

The Permit > View Approved Permits page is a dedicated area where you can access approved permits. Use the filtering options to narrow down your view by approval dates, locations, or approver name.

Use the Options button to the right of each permit to access the permit Details page or to Print the approved permit.

Additional options may come up depending on your role in the permit creation workflow and your permit configuration. These include:

• Close Permit: Closes the permit from the approved permits screen.
• Suspend Permit: Removes the permit from the approval workflow and places it in the Suspended Permits section. It can be reactivated from the permit details page.
• Permit Handover: Transfers permit management to someone else for approval before closure.
