Scheduling a Series of Safety Meetings

Scheduling a series of safety meetings allows you to:

• Preserve the list of topics and attendees
• Track topic discussion across meetings
• Report on meetings and attendance by location and individual employee to demonstrate compliance

Anyone leading a regularly occurring meeting is encouraged to schedule a series of safety meetings.

To schedule a series of safety meetings:

1. Go to the previous safety meeting and select Schedule Next.
   
   
2. Confirm that the displayed information is correct and enter a new date and time.
   
   
3. On the Topics and Actions tab, confirm the topic list. Click the Schedule Meeting button to finish.
   
   

Now that the series of safety meetings have been scheduled, you can come back during or after the meeting and record any notes on the discussion and resulting actions!
