Adding Attachments

You can add attachments to verification activities by question, and also to action items. In either case, the steps are the same.

For example, to add an attachment to an individual verification question:

1. 1. Tap the Attachments tab at the top of the screen, and then tap the + symbol at the bottom right.
      
   2. Select the type of attachment:
      • Select From File to attach an image or other type of file (PDF, etc.). Provide a Title and Description, and then locate and select the file (From Gallery; From Camera, to take a photo now for upload; From File).
      • Select From Link to link to a URL. Provide a Title and Description, and then add the URL.
   3. Tap Add Attachment.
