Adding and Completing Action Items

In the Operational Risk mobile app, you can complete action items assigned to you and add action items to verification activities by question.

To complete an action item assigned to you

1. 1. Tap the Actions tab at the bottom of the screen to view the list of action items currently assigned to you. You can choose to sort by Name or Status rather than the default Due Date.

      Use the Filters icon at the top right to narrow down the items you want to see by status (Awaiting Verification, Cancelled, Complete, In-Progress, Pending).
      

   2. Tap on an action item you want to complete to view the details.
   3. On the Primary Details tab, you can update the Title (if needed) and add comments in the Action Completed Response field (required).
      
   4. To add progress notes, tap the Progress Notes tab and tap the + symbol at the bottom right of the screen. Add your notes and tap Add Note.
   5. To add a file attachment or link, tap the Attachments tab. For details, see Adding Attachments.
   6. Provide a comment or notes in the Action Completion Response field.
   7. When the action item is complete, tap the Actions menu at the top of the screen and select Send for Verification.

To add a new action item to a verification activity

1. 1. Open the verification item to which you want to add the action item.
   2. Tap the Performance Standard tab (or Checklist) at the top to view all of the questions.
   3. Tap the question to which the action is related.
   4. Tap the Actions tab at the top.
   5. Tap the + symbol at the bottom right of the screen.
   6. Complete the action details.
   7. Tap the Save icon at the top right.
