Editing Responsibilities

Editing responsibilities allows you to:

• Ensure that all responsibilities are managed in a timely manner
• Make accommodations for responsibilities assigned to users who are unable to perform them

There are multiple situations in which a person may need help managing their responsibilities. Administrators can edit responsibilities as needed.

To edit responsibilities:

1. Select Edit Responsibilities from the Admin menu.
   
   
2. Enter name of the user who currently has been assigned the responsibilities for transfer, as well as any additional parameters to narrow the scope of responsibilities.
   
   
3. Select the responsibilities to be transferred and enter the name of the person to whom they should be assigned. Click Reassign to complete the transfer of responsibilities.
   
   

Now that you’ve transferred responsibilities from one user to another, the new responsible user will be notified and can start working on their tasks!
