Managing Email Notifications

Managing email notifications allows you to:

• Ensure the right people are made aware of information important to them
• Escalate information to the right people if necessary
• Inform people about their responsibilities in a timely manner

Email notifications should be managed regularly to ensure feedback from recipients is incorporated, as well as business process considerations being made.

To manage email notifications:

1. Select Notifications from the appropriate subheading in the Admin menu.
   
   
2. Click Add New to create a new email notification or the edit button to change an existing one. Identify all recipients of the email notification by user role and/or by name. Define parameters for specific scenarios when the email notification should apply. Select the trigger to indicate what should happen in order for the email notification to be sent out.
   
   
3. Click Save to complete the creation of or changes to the email notification.
