Select the Monitor navigation option, and select View All Reports.
Select the report you want to manage by navigating through the subgroups available. Next to each report name you will find an indicator for the report type, a description, and potential actions you can perform before opening each one.
Once you are in the report and have defined your parameters, select the action button on the top right corner of your screen. You will see all of the options available to you for managing your report.
Email Report (PDF): Email yourself a copy of the report as a PDF file.
Email Report (Excel): Email yourself a copy of the report as an Excel file.
Publish: Publish the report to others as you have defined it. Select the locations where your report design should be published.
Save for Me: Create a saved version of the report you have designed, available only to you.
Properties: If you have Saved or Published the report, select Properties to view or modify the properties fields.
Save Changes: If you have Saved or Published the report, select Save Changes to modify the preselected parameters.
Delete: If you have Saved or Published the report, select Delete to completely remove that version.
Back to Parameters: Toggle between your report output and parameter selections.
Exit: Go back to the report list page. Note that you can Publish and Favorite reports that you have designed. Any changes you make to reports you have published can also be shared with others if you choose to do so.
