Scheduling a Safety Meeting

Scheduling a safety meeting allows us to:

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Foster a company culture that promotes a team-based safety approach
• Identify actions that require our attention to reduce the risk of incidents occurring

Teams are encouraged to participate in safety meetings scheduled by the meeting organizer and facilitated by the meeting leader.

To schedule a new safety meeting:

1. Select Safety Meeting from the Add New menu to conduct a safety meeting.
   
   
2. Include all relevant information about the safety meeting, including the names of expected attendees, and select Schedule Meeting.
   
   
3. Add the topics for discussion, making sure to add notes and actions as necessary. Click the Schedule Meeting button to finish.
   
   

Now that the safety meeting has been scheduled, the people responsible for conducting it will be made aware and can take appropriate next steps!
