EHS (V5) Mobile App Overview

This document provides a comprehensive guide to using the EHS Management (V5) Mobile App. It covers where to download the app, how to log in, and a detailed overview of its key features and functionalities. This guide will help you get the most out of the app for efficient environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management on the go.

Where to Download the Mobile App

The EHS Management (V5) Mobile App is available for download on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Below are the links to download the app for your respective device:

If your company uses SSO, you must set your default browser to Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android to log in.

How to Log into the App

To access the app, you’ll need your username, password, and your company’s Partner ID. Follow these steps to find your Partner ID:

1. Log into the EHS Management system from your desktop or laptop computer.
2. Select your name in the top right corner of the page.
3. Select Training Toolkit from the dropdown menu.
4. In the GUIDES section, select Mobile.
5. Locate your company’s PartnerID.

Note

This Partner ID is the same for all users within your company.

6. Open the mobile app on your mobile device. Enter your company’s Partner ID > Next.

7. Enter the login information you use for the desktop platform. Select Login.

Mobile App Overview

After logging in, the home screen displays your to-dos that you can complete in the mobile app. At the bottom, you’ll see the navigation bar, which includes the following options:

	Home The Home screen displays tasks that can be performed within the mobile app. Note that some tasks are only available on the desktop or mobile browser. These tasks will not appear in the mobile app’s to-dos, which may create discrepancies when comparing tasks across platforms.
	History Use the History section to view tasks that have been completed, submitted, or saved using the mobile app.
	Add Use the Add button to start a new Incident, Near Miss, Hazard ID, Inspection, Observation, or Action Item directly from the app. Note that you cannot initiate other workflows from the mobile app. To begin those workflows, you’ll need to use the desktop or mobile browser version.
	Settings Use the Settings section to: Save your most commonly used checklists for faster loading. Enable syncing only over Wi-Fi. Allow push notifications for successful syncs and mobile uploads. Note: Enable push notifications if you want to be notified when a sync or upload is successful in the app. You will not receive an alert when new tasks are assigned.
