Creating a standalone action

Creating a standalone action allows you to:

• Keep track of tasks that need to be executed or have been completed
• Promote accountability
• Promote transparency

Everyone is encouraged to create an action whenever necessary

To create a standalone action:

1. Select Standalone Action from the Add New menu.
   
   
   
2. Include all relevant information to ensure the person responsible has enough context to be able to execute the task.
   
   
3. Click the Submit button to create the Standalone Action.
   

Now that you’ve created a standalone action, the person responsible for the action will be made aware of their task and you will be able to track the status to make sure it is completed on time!
