To reset your password for the Control of Work solution, go to your company-specific URL and follow these steps:

1. Below the Login button, click the link “If you wish to reset your password please click here”.
   
2. Enter your email address, and then select Send Password Reset Link.
   Note: The email address you enter here must match the email address which was used to create your account by the site point of contact or administrator.

If your email address is associated with an account, you will receive a password reset email that will remain valid for one hour.

3. Click the link in the email you receive to set a new password.
4. If the link has expired, restart the process from Step 1 (above).

If you did not receive the password reset email

• Check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder.
• Search for an email from [email protected] with the subject “SafePermit Password Reset Link”.
• Make sure your email address is associated with the account. If the email entered is not associated with your account, you will not receive a reset email. Ask your account administrator to verify that your email address is registered, and then request a password reset following the steps above.
• Check whether your user account has been locked or deactivated by your account administrator. If it is locked or deactivated, you will not receive a reset email. Ask your account administrator to unlock or reactivate your account. Once that’s complete, request a password reset following the steps above.
