Using iSpring Suite AI to Create and Add a SCORM Course

As an Administrator, you can add your own SCORM format courses to Training & Learning. You can use any authoring tool you wish to create your courses, as long as the file you’re uploading is in SCORM 1.2 format.

One license for iSpring Suite AI is available for purchase through VelocityEHS as an add-on option. You can use this cloud-based course authoring tool to convert your PowerPoint presentations into SCORM-format elearning courses, complete with quizzes, that you can upload to Training & Learning. Following are general instructions on how to do this.

To begin using iSpring Suite AI:

1. 1. Open the email inviting you to join the iSpring “acc” team. 
   2. Select Download iSpring Suite.
   3. Open Microsoft PowerPoint and select iSpring Suite from the toolbar at the top of the page.
   4. Choose Sign In/Activate and sign in using the credentials provided in the invitation email (one-time activation).
   5. Begin creating courses with iSpring Suite AI.

To convert a PowerPoint course to SCORM format, you’ll publish it with iSpring Suite AI for an LMS. Be sure to select LMS profile SCORM 1.2. Once you’ve generated the SCORM file, you can upload it to your Training & Learning account.
