If I archive a job assessment, does that count as risk reduction?

Once a job assessment is archived (removed), it is no longer included in system reports. However, it may still be counted as risk reduction (points removed) in the Risk Reduction Index (RRI) for a particular month, depending on when it was archived:

• If the assessment is archived within the same month during which the Follow-Up assessment was completed, the RRI temporarily reports the risk reduction for that month; the number is visible only for the time between Follow-Up assessment completion and archiving.
• If the assessment is archived one month or more after Follow-up Assessment completion, the RRI reports the risk reduction for the month during which the Follow-up assessment was completed.

To remove a job assessment in the Industrial Ergonomics software, select the Archive option in the assessment.
