What does “SSO Auth Refused to Connect” error mean?

If you encounter this error when trying to access Industrial Ergonomics from within Accelerate, it’s likely that you’re currently assigned only an Accelerate role. In addition to an Accelerate role, you must also be assigned an Industrial Ergonomics-specific role(s) to access Industrial Ergonomics for the appropriate location(s).
