Incidents in Accelerate
After an Incident has occurred, all users in the platform can report an incident record by using the Incident Management module in the Accelerate platform by using a browser or the mobile app. See mobile app for more information. In a streamlined manner, you can view all Incidents on the Incident page.

In a streamlined manner, you can view all Incidents on the Incident page:
On this page you can see:
- View all incidents or only those assigned to you
- Filter incidents by status, type, location, reported by, or date of the incident.
- Unique Identifier for each incident in the following format: IN – incident date in universal format (YYYYMMDD) – number incident reported for that day.
- Date the incident took place
- Title of the incident
- Location the incident took place
- Type of incident indicated on the first report
- Status of the record
