How private are motion capture videos?

You may have the option to blur the video and/or block the operator’s face, depending on the Video Privacy settings your organization selected upon system setup.

These options are beneficial for operators who do not wish to be identified in the video. They also help prevent specific and/or proprietary job tasks from being identified.

If these options are selected, the original video will never be seen. Only the processed private video and thumbnail will display.

During the motion capture process, the unfiltered video will be sent to our motion capture processing servers. This is a very secure procedure but still requires assessment videos to be processed off-premise for a very short time.
