Change Visitor Status

This document provides instructions for changing the status of any visitor through the Visitor Administration page. This function is available only to users with the Visitor Administrator role.

To change visitor status:

1. 1. From the Visitor Home page, select Visitor Administration.
   2. Find the visitor whose status you want to change. Use the filtering options to quickly locate the visitor.
   3. In the Change Status column, select the appropriate status for the visitor:
      • Mark On Site (green)
      • Mark Off Site (red)
      • If the visitor has not yet arrived, their status is automatically set to Due on Site (orange)
