Assigning a Course to a Contractor

To assign a course to a contractor, the contractor must have an email address associated with their user profile. This email can be added when the contractor is added to the platform or when you are assigning the course.

1. Select Contractor Portal from the top navigation menu.
2. To find the company the contractor is registered under, select View Full Company List or use the Search for Company field.
3. Once you see the company’s profile, select Company Workforce on the left side of the page.
   
4. Find the contractor on the Company Workforce page.
   
   If the contractor doesn’t have an email, select the Options button to the right of their name and select Grant Course Access. Then, enter their email and select Save.

5. To assign the course, select the Options button > Manage Courses and choose the course you would like to assign from the Course dropdown. Then select Add.
