Users with the Manager role can manage a variety of tasks associated with their direct reports:
In order for a manager to enroll a user in a class or course, view their transcript, or manage a user’s enrollment requests, the manager must have a Manager role in the Training & Learning account and be set up in the system as that user’s Manager.
