Enrolling Learners in Multiple Courses Simultaneously

If you have users or groups that need to be enrolled in multiple courses simultaneously, use the Multiselect Enrollment option.
Note: Multiselect Enrollment can only be used for course enrollment. See Enrolling Learners in Courses, Classes, and Programs for information about enrolling learners in classes or programs.
From the Administration menu, select Multiselect Enrollment.
Select the checkbox for the course(s) into which you want to enroll users. Select Next.
Use the Select Users tab to select one or more users to enroll in the selected course(s), or use the Select Groups tab to enroll one or more groups. Choose Next once you’ve made your selections.
On the Options tab you can set a Due Date and indicate if the course is required. Users cannot self-unenroll from required courses once they’re enrolled.
Select Next to review the Summary. Use the Back button to make any changes.
Select Enroll to finalize the enrollment. Users will receive a notification that they’ve been enrolled in the courses and they will be listed under My Enrollments. Courses with due dates will appear on the calendar on their Dashboard.
