I require email addresses for users in my account, but some users who need training don’t have one. How do I still provide access to training for them?

If you want to require user email addresses for security/verification and notification purposes, but you have users in your organization who need training and don’t have email addresses, you can create an email address and password for those users and share the credentials with them so they can log in.
The email address does not have to be a valid address; it’s simply a placeholder so that all required fields for a user profile are considered complete and the user can be added to the account. For example, an administrator could create email addresses like [email protected], [email protected], etc.
Once the user is logged in, they can complete courses as usual on phones, tablets, or laptops.
