I completed a course, but the system still says it’s Incomplete.

There are two main reasons why a completed course may show as Incomplete.
1. There is a cache issue with your web browser.
Sometimes it takes a few minutes (or longer) for your web browser to show the updated course status. There are two ways to see if this is the issue:
2. You did not reach the final slide of the course.
Make sure you’ve navigated to the very last slide or page of the course. This is typically what triggers the Completed status.
If you’ve checked all of the items above and still see an Incomplete status, contact your Training & Learning Administrator. Administrators can change completion dates and scores, and can change an Incomplete course status to Completed if necessary (see Viewing and Editing Transcripts).
