Managing Class Session Waitlists

If an Administrator or Instructor entered a maximum class size when they created the session, users who try to enroll after this limit is reached will be placed on a waitlist.
Administrators and the class Instructor can view the waitlist from the Waitlist menu in the Session.
Select Administration > Classes. Select the class name > Sessions, or select Actions > Sessions.
Select the class start time, or select Actions > Session Details.
Select the Waitlist option (not available if the start time/date is in the past). Users on the waitlist are automatically enrolled in a session in a first-come, first-served basis if another user is unenrolled.
Administrators and the class Instructor can remove users from the waitlist using the Remove option.
