Local and Global Setup Options

Thanks for your feedback!
Global Setup options apply across all Operational Risk organizational units/locations, whereas Local Setup options apply to single locations only (Corporate in this example).
Remember that you may see some different labels for the menu items shown below, depending on Terminology defined for your organization in Administration > (Configuration) Terminology.
Local items exist in a single location within the system. With the exception of Lessons Learned, they can be linked to worksheet assessments and bowties in order to group a set of assessments and bowties together for reporting purposes. For example, a set of worksheet assessments and bowties may be linked to a particular project for a specific location. The project is created in that location and each of the relevant items is linked to that project via Properties.
Lessons Learned can be used to record lessons learned for a particular location, which can result in actions being assigned and completed within the system.
The following setup options are available for items that apply across all locations. These items have been added via the Global Setup menu options described here, or by other means throughout the system “on the fly.” (For example, you can add a new Reference item via this Global Setup menu, or through the Attachments option in a risk assessment worksheet’s Properties menu.)
