Operational Risk User Roles
Note
Only administrators in your organization can define or change user roles and permissions. VelocityEHS Support cannot make these changes.
Operational Risk users, and their associated roles and permissions, are managed in Accelerate Admin Settings > Persons & Users and Role Management.
There are more than 20 Operational Risk roles that can be assigned to users at specific locations (via Accelerate > Persons & Users).
Keep in mind:
- Users must be assigned the Accelerate Administrator role to add and manage users and role assignments.
- Operational Risk permissions are grouped into Accelerate “policies” that can be assigned to roles.
- Users can be assigned multiple roles, but they must be assigned at least one Operational Risk role to be able to access Operational Risk.
- Users will only see data for locations at which their role(s) is/are assigned.
- To view a list of users with access to Operational Risk, go to Security > Users. Select a user to see their Primary Details. From here, you can also Export the list to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
