Application Configuration Properties

Only Super Administrators have access to Settings.

From Settings > Application Configuration Properties, Super Administrators can change various technical aspects of Industrial Ergonomics to align with how their organization uses it.

Due to how changes here affect your system, it’s recommended that you contact your Customer Success Representative for assistance with editing the fields on this page. 

Some defaults you may want to change include:

1. By default, users’ access is deactivated after 900 days of inactivity. You can change this time frame by entering a different number of days in “account_inactive_expiration.”
2. By default, you can create up to 5 organizational hierarchy levels. To change this, enter a different number in “ou_site_level.”
3.  File size upload defaults can be changed here. Note that allowing larger file sizes may cause media to load slowly, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Application Configuration Properties also includes fields for configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) using your organization’s SSO provider. You may need to involve a technical resource for your organization or contact your Customer Success Representative for assistance in setting this up.

You can also adjust various password settings if your organization has standard password security requirements.
