Creating a Job Assessment

Note that only Super Administrators, Administrators, and Editors can create job assessments.

A job assessment is how the system helps you evaluate different risk factors related to ergonomics. By creating and completing job assessments, you will be able to track and use data to make informed choices about your ergonomics processes.

To create a new job assessment, complete the following steps:

1. From the menu, select Do > Add Job Assessment.
2. Include a unique Job Name, select a Location, and add a job Description. 
   
   
3. Select More to add more details about the job, including Shift, Product, Ref #, Station, # Operators Exposed, and Process/Equipment. While none of these fields are required, they may make it easier to identify important information related to your job assessments.
4. Select Save. You will now be taken to the Baseline page of your job assessment.
