Why wasn’t my risk reduction calculated in the Risk Reduction Index?

Your scores aren’t being counted in the Risk Reduction Index (RRI) because they’re associated with Projected job assessments, rather than actual Follow-up assessments.
The Risk Reduction Index only shows points removed from jobs assessed as the result of actual improvements made. Projected assessments represent how a workstation might be improved before any improvements actually occur. Projected scores aren’t considered in the RRI.
When jobs are re-evaluated to generate a Follow-up assessment after improvements have been made, points reduced will be reflected in the month during which the Follow-up is completed.
