How do I remove (archive) a job assessment?
Job assessments can be archived, which removes them from all reports and from the default Job Assessments list.
Note
Archiving a job assessment does not delete it; however, you can delete a job assessment after you archive it. If you delete a job assessment, you lose all data associated with it and you may not be able to retrieve it. Please contact Support immediately if you unintentionally delete a job assessment.
To archive a job assessment, go to the Training Job Assessments page (in Learn) or the Job Assessments page (in Do) and open the job assessment you want to remove.
Select Archive on the lower left side of the page. When prompted, select OK to confirm.
