Accessing Available Permits Details (Permit to Work Module Needed)

If your company uses the Permit to Work module, you will have access to the Available Permits section of the visitor list. This section identifies visitors associated with a permit and allows you to review the specific permit(s) they are linked to.
Visitors are automatically created when a permit is approved if they are selected as contractors during the permit creation process or added afterward.
In the Visitor module, you can filter the visitor list to see contractors assigned to a permit by selecting the Permit checkbox at the top of the page. Contractors with at least one permit will also have a green checkmark (✔️) in the Available Permits column.
To view more details about a permit, access Visitor Details then navigate to the Permit tab. Here, you can view a summary of the permit(s) and print them.
