System Administrator Dashboard and Search
Note
This article is for Contractor Portal System Administrators, if you are a Contractor Portal Company Administrator see Company Administrator Company Administration.
Once you log in and select the Contractor Portal module using the navigation menu at the top of the page, you’ll see the Contractor Portal dashboard. Here, you can access various features and tools specific to the module.
If you’re a System Administrator, you’ll see the following options:
- Search (for Company or by Role): Search for companies by their name or associated role(s) to access their Company Profile. Note that not all companies may have a role associated with them, as it’s not a mandatory field during profile creation.
- View Full Company List: Review the complete list of companies in your module to view and edit their Company Profile.
- Company Administration: Add a new company.
- Submitted Data: Review responses and documentation received from companies and their administrators for compliance.
- Administration: Configure users, permissions, roles, and documents.
- Reports: Run reports related to companies and their workforce.
