The Contractor Portal Administration module is your primary resource for managing various aspects of your contractor database. System Administrators can use the administration functions to customize critical components within the Contractor Portal:

• • Company Roles: Define and categorize different types of contractor companies, whether they specialize in crane hire, consulting, engineering, welding, or other specific areas.
  • Workforce Roles: Streamline your contractor database by specifying individual roles within the workforce, including painters, EHS specialists, welders, and more.
  • Document Types: Take control of document management with the ability to add new document types or review all existing document types. Organize and access essential documentation for seamless contractor administration.

Company Roles

On the Company Roles page, you can view existing company roles, change their status, and add new ones as needed.

• • To change the status of a company role (Active/Inactive), select the Status
  • To add a new Company Role, select Add Company Role. Enter the name and select Save to add it and set it as Active.
    

Workforce Roles

On the Workforce Roles page, you can view existing workforce roles, modify their status, and add new ones as needed.

• To change the status of a workforce role (Active/Inactive), select the Status
• To add a new Workforce Role, select Add Workforce Role. Enter the name and select Save to add it and set it as Active.

Document Types

Document Types are used as Compliance Requirements and can be linked to qualifications (optional). This allows System Admins to request Company Admins to upload any required documentation. On the Document Types page, you can view the existing document types, change their status, and add new ones as needed.

• To change the status of a currently active document type (Active/Inactive), select the Status
• To add a new Document Type, select Add Document Type. Enter the name and select Save to add it and set it as Active.
