The Contractor Portal Administration module is your primary resource for managing various aspects of your contractor database. System Administrators can use the administration functions to customize critical components within the Contractor Portal:
On the Company Roles page, you can view existing company roles, change their status, and add new ones as needed.
On the Workforce Roles page, you can view existing workforce roles, modify their status, and add new ones as needed.
Document Types are used as Compliance Requirements and can be linked to qualifications (optional). This allows System Admins to request Company Admins to upload any required documentation. On the Document Types page, you can view the existing document types, change their status, and add new ones as needed.
