Search and Export

The Search and Export feature allows you to locate specific action items using advanced filters and export the results for reporting or analysis. This functionality is only available for Actions.

Searching for Actions

1. 1. On the Action Search page, select Filter criteria you want to apply (e.g., status, location, assigned user). For additional filter criteria, click the + symbol to add more options.
   2. Select Yes for Include inactive locations if you want to include action items from inactive locations.
   3. In the Output section, choose the fields you want to see in your search results by moving them from the Available Columns section to the Selected Columns section using the right/left arrows.
   4. Select the Search button to display your results.

Exporting Action Data

1. 1. After completing a search, choose an Export Format (Microsoft Excel or Word) from the dropdown menu.
   2. Select Export to download the results.

About Saved Searches

Saved searches are private and only visible to the user who created them.

• • To create a saved search once filters and output fields are selected, select Save As to save the search configuration for future use.
  • To use a Saved Search, select its name from the Saved Searches dropdown. Click the Search button to apply it.
  • To edit a saved search, update the filters or output fields and then click Save next to Saved Searches.
  • To delete a saved search, select it from the dropdown and click Delete.
