Why don’t I see all of the fields I expect to see in the User Bulk Imports spreadsheet?

As an Advanced Training & Learning administrator, you may find that when you try to bulk-upload users to your Training &Learning account, you’re not seeing the additional “Training Management” fields (Manager, Job Title, Location, Work Function) in the import template spreadsheet.
If you’re using the Administration > User Bulk Imports option for the first time after the Training Management features have been added to your account, you won’t see these fields.
For your initial import, go to Administration > Users > New Import and use the spreadsheet available there instead. For subsequent imports, you can use the User Bulk Imports option.
